LORD HOWE   VK9DLX   10M, 12M, 20M SSB

October 18, 2014 - New DXCC Entity! Contacts on 10M and 12M SSB were relatively easy and I'm glad to have Lord Howe (VK9LDX) in my log. I'm always amazed by and thankful for the performance of my small station.








October 19, 2014 - I successfully contacted the Lord Howe DXpedition on 20M SSB after making a couple of calls. Propagation, at the time, was excellent and the QSO was easy.

VK9DLX was also operating on 40M SSB (sunrise) and the signal into Maryland was strong. Unfortunately, I discovered an issue with my antenna and need to repair it. All 40M contacts will have to be deferred to another day.
