October 19, 2014 - This is my third 10M SSB with IS0BSR. His profile states this station confirms contacts via LoTW, unfortunately, the operator stated he no longer uses the service.
The DXCC Entity SARDINIA 225 IS0 is confirmed for my station on 20M and 15M SSB at this time, so I'll continue to search for other LoTW users on 10M. Perhaps a LoTW user will be "active" during the November, 2014 contest season.
