It's a nice a Sunday morning routine ... before all of the talk shows get rolling, I love coming down to the shack, savoring some coffee and working DX. Sadly, this morning has been uneventful. There are some weak signals on 15, 17 and 20 meters, but no solid QSO's thus far. St. Helena, Lebanon, Iraq
and Indonesia are on the cluster, but signals are just too weak.
For example, Patrick, FR5FC (Reunion Island), was just spotted on 15 meters with a 41 report (QSB) here in Maryland. I tried a few calls, but it's clear the propagation just isn't up to par (yet). DX Toolbox OSX forecasts signals to Reunion Island should improve in a few hours. Fingers crossed - perhaps Patrick will operate for a while longer ;-) As for me, it's time for more coffee.
